The vision of Skills to Win Foundation is to invest into the young people within the community. We will provide workshops on the art of selling, self marketing, professionalism, and how to deliver quality customer service. Skills to Win, will also partner with the Erskine Reeves Barber Academy, to create free services for those who can not afford haircuts. While also creating a pathway to obtaining a barber license for longevity in barbering.

Our Mission

Our Mission of Skills to Win Foundation is to empower young minorities through financial literacy, early exposure to entrepreneur training, and technical skills to successfully achieve financial independence.

ABOUT US

Skills to Win Foundation was created to provide career-enriching opportunities for young minorities. Erskine Reeves, and his wife Melissa Reeves are passionate in growing their community, and elevating the youth by helping them to acquire applicable skills in Entrepreneurship.
